A beautiful early April afternoon . . .

The first Friday of April here in Maryland brought absolutley delightful weather to the DC region, and inspired a mid-afternoon lunch break in the back yard:  Our own White Balsamic vinaigrette, tossed with a salad of steamed and chilled asparagus tips, mixed greens, tomatoes, pecan bits and locally produced goat cheese, accompanied by Baltimore’s “Loose Cannon,” by Clipper City Brewing.  Perfect!
